The property’s remote riverside location presented unique challenges, particularly in terms of access. Close collaboration with the on-site team was key to ensuring smooth progress.

Thanks to the efficiency of timber frame construction, the structure was fully erected in just a matter of days. This rapid build process meant the team on site could quickly move on to installing the roof, windows, and doors—making the home weather-tight in no time at all.

To support sustainable living, the home is equipped with an air source heat pump, providing efficient, renewable heating and reducing the property’s environmental impact.

Delivered on a fast-track programme, the project highlights how precise manufacturing and detailed pre-construction planning allow us to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
