Trevose Close, Constantine Bay

Novo Timber are delighted to be working with Sprout Developments on this beautiful coastal property in Constantine Bay.

The project is currently progressing through our design stage, with our team working closely with the wider project team to coordinate the timber frame superstructure and supporting package elements before manufacture begins.

Our scope includes the design, manufacture and erection of the timber frame superstructure, alongside coordinated packages such as MVHR. By bringing key elements of the building envelope together at an early stage, the aim is to support a smoother build process, reduce interface risk and help protect the programme once works move to site.

Coastal projects demand careful coordination. Exposure, detailing, airtightness, weather protection and sequencing all need to be considered properly before anything reaches site. That is where early technical input and off-site manufacture can add real value.

Once the design is finalised, the timber frame will be manufactured in our Exeter workshop, with every panel checked before dispatch.
