Somerset Townhouses

Novo Timber has been appointed to support the delivery of three new town houses at Belvedere Court in Wellington, Somerset.

The project is currently in pre-construction, where our focus is on early coordination, technical review and buildability ahead of manufacture. Our scope includes the design, manufacture and erection of the timber frame superstructures, alongside a coordinated insulation package, external doors and windows, fascias, soffits and associated external finishing components.

By bringing these key envelope packages together at pre-con stage, we can help reduce interface risk, improve sequencing and give the project team greater certainty before works progress to site.

The homes are designed as three-storey town houses, with traditional red brick external walls, slate tiled roofs, dormer windows, white UPVC windows and doors, black fascias and guttering, and detailed brickwork heads and cast stone cills.

The ground and first floor layouts provide 107m² GIA per plot, with living, kitchen and dining spaces at ground level, bedrooms and bathrooms across the upper floors, and second-floor principal bedrooms within the roof space.
