Exeter Passivehaus

An exciting first for Novo Timber, with this project representing our first Passivehaus property. 

This project marks our first certified Passivhaus build in Exeter, delivered alongside the talented team at SE3 Design.

We crafted a precision-engineered timber frame that supports ultra-low-energy performance, airtightness and an quick, efficient build.

From the early design stages through final detailing, our focus was simple: pair high-performance building science with the practicalities and precision of off-site timber frame. The result is a home that sets a new benchmark for efficiency, comfort, and craftsmanship.
