Novo Timber are delighted to have been appointed by ECOBOS to deliver the timber frame package for six sustainable bungalows at Garden Village, West Carclaze.
The scheme forms part of ECOBOS’ landmark development in Cornwall, which has a clear focus on sustainable housing delivery and high-quality place making.
Novo Timber’s package includes timber frame design, manufacture and frame erection, with all panels produced at our Exeter workshop before being delivered to site for a fast, coordinated installation.
The project will now move straight into design, supporting a quick turnaround through manufacture, delivery and erection.
Novo Timber look forward to supporting ECOBOS as the project progresses.
