Novo Timber has been appointed to deliver the insulated timber frame package for 14 new business units across three blocks for Onyx Business Parks at Exeter Skypark.
Located close to our factory near Exeter, the project will take the team from pre-construction coordination through panel manufacture and installation. We will work with architects KTA and X Consulting Engineers to coordinate the frame design and key interfaces before the panels enter production.
Across a scheme of this size, getting those details right early matters. Coordinated drawings and controlled off-site manufacture will help the panels arrive ready for an efficient installation across all three blocks
