Garden Village Bungalows

Novo Timber were appointed by ECOBOS to deliver the timber frame package for six sustainable bungalows at Garden Village, West Carclaze.

Our scope includes timber frame design, manufacture and frame erection, with all panels produced at our Exeter workshop before being delivered to site for a fast and coordinated installation.

As part of a landmark development in Cornwall with a clear sustainability focus, the project provides a strong example of how precision-led off-site timber frame construction can support quality, efficiency and programme certainty.

The impressive bungalows feature a stunning rendered finish, tied with flush casement uPVC doors and windows making the most of the peaceful setting.
