Timber Frame Systems & Coordinated Packages.
High-performance timber frame manufacture is at the heart of Novo Timber.
We design, engineer, manufacture and install precision timber frame systems for residential and commercial projects across the South West.
Around that core, we coordinate insulation, airtightness, MVHR, doors, windows, ventilated façades and supporting structures. Resolving these interfaces early reduces design gaps, avoids clashes and helps the completed building perform as intended.
Designed, engineered, co-ordinated, manufactured and installed.
A partner, from start to finish.
-
Built for Ease on Site
Our frames are manufactured for fast, accurate erection. Tolerances are controlled, panels are quality-checked before leaving the factory, and interfaces are coordinated to reduce remedial work on site. Less time correcting, more time completing.
-
Built for Performance
Insulation, airtightness and ventilation systems are considered alongside the frame – not afterthoughts. Buildings that perform as modelled. Systems installed with the same passion for quality as our frames.
-
Built for Certainty
Early coordination and clear pre-construction work reduces change, protects your programme and gives confidence on cost.
Timber Frame Structures & Systems
Precision-manufactured wall panels, floors and roof structures — designed to go in right first time.
Our frames are coordinated with insulation strategies, airtightness layers and service routes from the outset, reducing clashes, call-backs and remedial work on site.
Less time correcting. More time completing.

Our Timber Frame System
Wall
panels.
Open or hybrid panels, designed to meet your build strategy and programme – expertly manufactured to the highest standards.
Floor structures.
Whether opting for services-friendly open webbed joists, I joists or traditional timber joists, we cater to your needs and budgets and oversee expertly designed and installed floor.
Roof structures.
Precision manufactured trusses, through to fully cut roofs, our range of roofing solutions fully co-ordinated with load paths and services.
Supporting structures.
Whether it is steel, glulam, CLT or something else – we design and engineer all necessary structure for your timber frame, with connections and interfaces coordinated across the wider structural system.
Interfaces designed-in.
Window zones, service routes and airtightness layers considered from the outset.
Coordinating these aspects alongside the frame minimises risk on site and reduces installation risk and supports the intended building performance.
Commitment to quality.
Novo Timber operates an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System, is independently assessed through CATG FrameMark and holds SSIP accreditation. We set a new standard in the industry, quality checking every panel that leaves our workshop.
Our Supporting Systems
These systems are designed to integrate cleanly with our timber frames. They can be supplied standalone or coordinated as part of a wider package where they add value.
MVHR Systems
Fully co-ordinated MVHR packages that fit perfectly into your timber frame structure. Considered early on to ensure no clashes on-site.
Insulation Systems
Insulation strategies coordinated with the timber frame build-up to achieve the required thermal performance, minimise thermal bridging and support accurate installation. Options include mineral wool, PIR, cellulose and wood-fibre systems.
Doors and Windows
Ventilated Facades
Cladding interfaces considered alongside the frame build-up to protect weathering, detailing and fixings — reducing site modifications and call-backs.
Enhanced Airtightness
Airtightness layers, tapes, service zones and critical junctions coordinated from the outset to create a clear, continuous air barrier and reduce reliance on remedial sealing. We collaborate with the manufacturers of the highest quality systems such as PARTEL to ensure optimum performance.
Installation Services
Sequenced delivery and installation by experienced timber frame teams, supported by quality inspections covering line, level, plumb, fixings, bracing, membranes and overall frame accuracy.
